I began dancing (tap) when I was 3 years old.  I branched out and danced ballet, jazz, and acrobatics throughout my grade school, middle school & high school years.  I was also a dance instructor snd a member of the South Bend Civic Ballet Company performing in “ Slaughter on 10th Avenue”.  I then entered the USAF and had a hiatus from dancing followed by a career as a trial attorney, Federal Judge and wife and mother.  It wasn’t until my daughter became engaged that I discovered ballroom dancing as an aerobic “ sport”.  I’ve been dancing with Arthur Murray since 2010.  Troy Baeten was my first instructor followed by Quinton MacAdam.  I’ve been competing since 2011.
